PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES
LANGUAGE: English is the Conference language. However, we welcome presentations in other languages if the presenter can have someone with them who can provide translation services for attendees. If presenting in another language, it is important to build in time for the translation.
WRITTEN PRESENTATION MATERIALS, including PowerPoint Or Keynote slides, must be in English. Their content may be made available for access on the WGII website post-Conference.
SPECIAL 10% DISCOUNT: As a mark of appreciation there will be a 10% discount of the Convention Fee for Presenters. Once your application has been accepted you will be sent a discount code to use when registering for the event.
GROUP PRESENTATIONS: A group may wish to take a presentation slot and use it either for a shared presentation on a single topic, or for a number of shorter presentations by different individuals. If the latter, the list of individual presentations needs to be included in the BRIEF DESCRIPTION below.
