- Attend all official WGII committee meetings.
- Establish a clear role definition in conjunction with the National Executive Chairperson and Committee
- Maintain a portfolio for the role so that the job can be easily transferred to the next holder of the role
- Identify resource needs of WGII and its members
- Establish and maintain a budget for the resources
- Establish pricelist for resources (including discount arrangements for members)
- Maintain stock of books, recordings and other resources.
- Order resources from suppliers.
- Keep records of orders and stocks.
- Get information to members re books/recordings: [through the Newsletter, AGM and Branches]
- Organise the sale of resources at Conventions, Seminars and at Intensive weeks.
- See to the banking of monies taken on the sale of books and have information passed on to Treasurer re same.
- Liaise with the Treasurer re payment of invoices.
- Store and administer WGI training materials.
- Implement policy on distribution of training videos.
- Maintain relevant sections of WGII online shop
