- Attend all WGII official meetings.
- Establish a clear role definition in conjunction with the National Executive Chairperson and Committee
- Maintain a portfolio for the role so that the job can be easily transferred to the next holder of the role
- Identify the faculty training needs of WGII
- Maintain a list of Faculty Consultants
- Ensure that faculty consultants have a clear definition of thier roles
- Arrange faculty training courses
- Create and maintain a budget for each faculty training course
- Contract Faculty Training Instructors arranging a written agreement with each about course, dates, times, venue, accommodation/food arrangements and allowances, fees.
- Publicise such courses to the relevant members
- Ensure that WGII office and WGI are informed about any faculty promotions
