It was a delight to deliver this training to the team. I had an opportunity to catch up with old friends and colleagues, and meet new ones, and to spend some time with the clients. They are central to every choice made within the organisation.

Spending time with the staff allowed me to see that MQI are already implementing Choice Theory/Reality Therapy concepts across their services. John Dowling and Ken O Connor both managers, and despite completing this training years ago, also took part in the training with the team demonstrating their commitment to lead management. It was a pleasure to be instructing in a choice theory led organization. They kept me on my toes and I learned so much from the team.

It was wonderful to witness the care, support, and commitment to growth and change that the services and staff offer to their clients. We are fortunate to have these quality services available to those struggling with addiction. The work they humbly deliver on a daily basis is extraordinary. Thank you all so much for all that you do to serve those who need care, support and education within our society.

To the clients and staff, thank you so much for your hospitality. I was nourished on every level. It was a pleasure spending time with you all. I wish you every success in continuing your journey.

Welcome to the William Glasser Institite. We are delighted to have you as students and members within the organization. I have no doubt we’ll learn a lot from the richness of your expertise in the addiction field. We look forward to our continued journey together.
With fondest memories,
Norah X
